Fees, Cancellations and Refunds
What is free, what is paid, and when you can get your money back.
Free services
Searching the directory, viewing profiles, verifying certificates, listing a journal and appealing a result are free.
Paid services
The evaluation fee is $50.00 per journal unless a different price or coupon is shown at checkout. The price, any discount and applicable taxes are shown before payment. The fee pays for the evaluation, not for a particular result.
Coupons
Coupons reduce the evaluation fee by the amount or percentage shown, until the expiry date. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be combined, and a coupon issued for a specific journal can only be used for that journal.
Cancellation and refunds
- Before the evaluation starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund.
- After the evaluation has started: the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done, whatever the result.
- If we cannot complete an evaluation for reasons on our side, or we decline the application before starting: full refund.
- Duplicate or mistaken payments: refunded in full.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval, depending on your bank. To request a refund, write to info@citeveriq.com with your order number.
Invoices and taxes
A receipt is emailed after payment and is available in your account under Orders and receipts.
